Shipping is free on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and generally arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and supporting photos if available. Please reach out to us on email: support@animado.in

Eligible claims will be resolved with a replacement product at no additional cost.

Requests made after the stated period may not qualify for replacement.
